We’ve worked hard to get decent delivery partners, so it would be extremely rare for any kind of damage or breakage to occur in transit. But sometime these things happen, so if it happens to you, complete the form below and we’ll strive to ensure that a collection and refund or replacement service was put in place as quickly as possible.

Items must be received back to us with 14 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 3-5 working days for items to get back to us. Note that if you have purchased a framed artwork, we can’t refund the framing cost, due to our framing service being bespoke and hand-made for each artwork. We also can’t refund you the original shipping cost.
